not your average girl next door

I have just literally worked my ass off since January and returned from a three week business trip to be relieved of my duties…I’m pretty sure it was never their plan to keep me past a certain time but rather use me and let me go. Well, technically I quit, according to the contract I signed. That little contract also forbids me from going into detail about it. But hey, you move on. You live, you learn, and you blog while finding the next thing…so here we go.

I’ve gone from having my costume shop in Times Square to being on tour for a month or so. Currently my hotel room in Erie, PA is my costume shop…this place is, well, eerie….

Yup…things have been completely insane. I am designing costumes for eleven theme parks around the United States, Possibly a China gig, and I am now the proud owner of an apartment for the first time in about 5 years or so. More updates and photos tomorrow, my first day off since that last posting…yup. Like I said, insane. 

Things have been crazy and I haven’t had time to update this guy right here. Packed up and left New York for what I thought was going to be a two month vacation but now am having to move into the city to start my dream job next week! I can not believe I got the offer and it makes me nervous and thrilled and want to vomit all at once. So now here comes the apartment hunting and flight booking…This will be an interesting journey.
